Well I have finished my first unit of Burgundians which I started over 25 years ago. Hopefully the second unit for this army won't take as long! :-) bleaseworld.blogspot.com |

Great looking pike block, but it took a generation to complete. Perhaps the next unit should be easy, such as crossbow? Cheers, Robert 18thcenturysojourn.blogspot.com |

Um, nice. But shouldn't you be working on finishing up Iron Cow? :-D Thanks, John |

Looking on the bright side, think how they would have turned out if you had done them 25 years ago. You have honed your skills and finally felt able to do them justice. |

Ha Ha! Don't worry Steve, I have dozens of the Corvus Burgundians sitting unpainted. Those pikes are mainly from their Swiss range. I would have bought hundreds of them but every one I was sent was miscast really badly. Like you I bought the Grenadier Minis to finish out the army – all got sidelined into my War of the Roses army. Nicely painted mate. Like the addition of snow to the bases. Cheers Mark |
