Just watched the above film, i liked it alot, simple film and story, set in a small wild west town in the 1800 and aliens bugs arrive, so its like starship troopers / wild west..

Not a great film, but i liked the aliens and it was nice to see something different too..

A problem with guns in the film, but you know what i mean when you see it..

Could be a fun idea for a game…

Sounds reminiscent of "THE NIGHT OF THE COOTERS" which was a short story set in the Old West during the Martian Invasion of H.G. Wells' WAR OF THE WORLDS. It was quite a yarn of a local gunslinger and how he destroyed a Martian tripod that was attacking his fleaspeck town… evil grin

Saw it on Sci-Fi. It was a B-movie, but in a good way. Good acting, interesting story, unique non-rubber forehead aliens.

I WATCHED it and enjoyed it; a simple B-movie with good acting decent script writing, good special effects, etc. they could have had a better advisor for the 1890s firearms-there were some real whopper sized no-nos there, but, that was minor. doubt if one viewer in a 1000 even knew the makes, models, and years that some of the weapons used were actually available . . .

Yeah, I was surprised that it was ok.

Thanks,
