If you mean modern Chinese, yes, they are planned. The modern Germans just went to the factory for moulding and the G3 postwar Germans will follow shortly. Then I need to sort out a few Americans (for a special request), the Falklands era Brits (and probably Argentinians) and some Canadians in time for a demo game… then hopefully some modern Chinese (although Chas wants me to redo and expand the arab-israeli range first…)

Chas has finally caught up with some of my moulding requirements, so the rest of the modern Brits will be coming online, and I just sent him modern Brits with 2 inch mortar and Javelin missile, plus some 'patrolling in berets' figures for use as Paras or in pre-combat situations.

He also has the modern Soviet and NATO tank crews (on spigots for mounting in turrets, the new Challenger 1 and 2 Gulf War upgrades and there photo for the new British Panther CLV is now online.

Think the rest of the releases are WW2….

When can we expect the M1A2 TUSK?

Jake

Later this year, along with upgraded versions of the Leopard 2. I'll amend the TC's machine gun on the standard M1A2 as well.

Geoff,
how are the sealous scouts going?

GeoffQRF06 Oct 2009 9:09 a.m. PST

how are the sealous scouts going?

Just on the way to Chas – just a single pack (at the moment) of 4 poses

GeoffQRF09 Oct 2009 7:33 a.m. PST

About these PLA…

1970s with metal helmet and 'belt' style webbing
Type 56 (AK copy)
Type 69 (RPG copy)
Type 80/87 LMGs

1990s with kevlar helmet and more PLCE style webbing
QBZ95 assault rifle
QBB-95 LSW
FHJ-84 (twin 62mm LAW)
PF-89 (AT4 type LAW)

Anything else desperately needed?

Geoff

… I meant for the Chinese…

Actually, how different would the earlier period Chinese with Type 56 (AK copy) look from cold war Soviets, and/or Iranian/Iraquis?

GeoffQRF17 Oct 2009 3:06 p.m. PST

QBZ-95 and QBB-95 done

Any other specific weapon options?

GeoffQRF17 Oct 2009 11:54 p.m. PST

Weapon options, not vehicles. The vehicles are on a different list :D

GeoffQRF19 Oct 2009 5:53 a.m. PST

If I make the vehicle, you do need to paint it like this: picture

GeoffQRF19 Oct 2009 8:30 a.m. PST

QBZ-95 assault rifle
QB-95 LSW
QJY-88 MMG
Type 79 SMG
QLZ-87 grenade launcher on bipod and tripod
QBU-88 DMR/Sniper
QLT-89 (50mm mortar)
PF-97 FAE rocket (RPO copy)
PF-89 MAW (AT-4 equivalent)
And the funky little twin barrel LAW

How does that sound for a list?

McWong7319 Oct 2009 6:20 p.m. PST

Command figs?

GeoffQRF20 Oct 2009 4:52 a.m. PST

Command figures (with QBZ-95) and things like mortar and artillery crews automatically get added to teh list now. It was more any other weapons options that should be considered…
