Damn! I'm glad I bailed out of BTD products when they were merely annoying purchasers (myself included)who did not get their stuff, now it's legal action against them! How did such a good company with excellent product go downhill so quickly? John Olsen even actually answered anti-BTD posts on the TMP site to apologize to and mollify purchasers, now there is a deafening silence from them? This is terrible. Now, after my experiences with BTD in the past, all I can say is make BTD pay until they bleed! |

Too bad I didn't read these posts before I ordered from them.
Been over a month since I ordered, and no package.
I am unable to login on their website to check my order status and they are not answering email. |

Wow. I was just getting ready to click the check out button. Decided to swing by here first and look them up. Glad I did. What a shame. They have some nice looking product. |

If all posts regarding Black Tree's poor service were to rise from dormancy at the same time, it would cause TMP to explode under the strain. BTD's service is incredibly spotty. You might have great luck with them if you're ordering products they aren't supposed to be making (like Dr. Who minis), or you might receive your minis two months after contacting your lawyer about the minis you haven't received a year after your credit card was charged. |
