My local shop has the new codex and a box of the new squad. Both are very, very nice!!!! Next month's White Dwarf will feature them. With that, does anyone know which White Dwarf mags have Space Wolf articles? Are there more than one previous codex? Are there any active yahoo or other blogs that discuss Space Wolves? Thanks, Brian |

There should be two prior Codexes for the Space Wolves, for 2nd and 3rd editions. The 3rd Ed Codex will officially still stand until the release date of the new one (for 5th) in a few weeks. Tales of the Space Wolves, assuming you are looking for fluff, can be found in both, and scattered in other places. I think the siege of their homeworld is best covered in the 2nd Ed codex for the Inquisition/Sisters of Battle and some BFG materials, though it may have found its way into the 3rd Ed SW Codex. |

It has been a while since new wolves were released. I'll be looking forward to seeing them. It would be especially nice to get some SW terminators in plastic or something as the metal ones are currently about $15 USD each on teh GW site. Also, it would be great to be able to use them for Space Hulk. :) |

Hey Scott I've got a bunch of the old metal Wolf Guard Termies. I no longer use them as I have the Forgeworld plastic resin models now. PM me and maybe we can arrange something. As glad as I am to see my Wolves finally getting an update I can't stand the current 5th ed of 40K. Anyhoo Salut y'all! Bruce the Texas Grognard |

Hi Bruce, I can't PM you, you aren't a supporting member! :) I would like to get my hands on another five of them, one sgt and 4 regular guys with bolters though. |

The Wolf's Lair Space Hulk campaign predates the current style of the Space Wolves – it features Terminators of the 1st company, led by a Captain, for instance. WD 200 has the Fangs of Fenris campaign. |

Your best bet is to chase down a copy of the second edition Codex: Space Wolves, it has a lot more fluff and special characters. The third edition codex is still legal until the street date of the 5th edition codex, so you're OK there. I just hope that the Wolves don't lose access to the Leman Russ tank. It's really just a hugely overpriced Predator-D right now, but it's just so *cool* for at least one Chapter to have vehicles not built off the Rhino or Land Raider hulls. |

Lion in the Stars, they nixed the Leman Russ tanks. Just bought the codex. |
