"REINFORCEMENTS BY POST SERVICE." Topic

Having just completed my first order with RBP I thought TMPers might be interested in my experience. Sadly I can not furnish photos, but suffice it to say that the photos on Neil's website do credit to his product. My saga began on 23rd June when I e-mailed my enquiry about an order for painting and basing some 1,000 Baccus 6mm Marian Roman Legionaries. I got a reply the same day, and enquiries regarding customs etc were sorted out in the next 3 days and the figures dispatched from Belgium on 26 June. I was notified of their arrival in Bangladesh on 9 July (2weeks). On 23 July, two weeks later, I received an e-mail indicating they were complete, and including a photograph. I was very pleased with how they had matched both my painting style, and my basing style. I then paid the agreed sum electronically on 28th July, and was notified that the parcel had been sent. It arrived in country on 8th August (2 weeks), final delivery to me only being delayed because of some problems of my own making regarding the address! Well packaged, undamaged, completed entirely in accord with my instructions. From posting to return, a total of 6 weeks. To me that is exceptional service. Communication at all times was clear, polite and good humoured, even when I asked for the numbers to be painted with different coloured shields to be changed after I had already packed them all up and sent them. They have already been in action and performed very well! Another very satisfied customer, and one who will be sending another order along as soon as I can get my samples painted.

Hear, hear! He painted all my 6mm Command Horizon stuff. If i weren't broke he'd have another big order on the way! Great bloke to do business with.
