Hi all,

Who in your opinion makes the nicest early Afrikakorps range in 15mm? I've found a number of decent manufacturers of the vehicles I want but I'm a bit underwhelmed by the infantry on offer. Ideally I'd want a rough "frontline" look with a good mix of equipment.

Any ideas?

I do not have a good answer. I do not find Battlefront's, or Old Glory/Command Decision/Skytrex's, or Peter Pig's completely satisfactory as stand-alone ranges. I went with Battlefront, accepting some squinky poses, as I got a good deal on them at the time. Peter Pig, adding in some non-DAK poses as suggested, might be acceptable. The CD range is just fugly, but somehow captures the feeling the best of al of them.

I agree with Allen entirely.

Many thanks guys, I'll look into CD with BF as second option.

I knew there was a reason why I have no germans for the desert. I have some german desert figures from Battlefront,CD and PP but they are all used as mixers into non-desert stuff.
