For the past year or so I have been painting 6mm figures and nothing else. My habit has been broken with the gorgeous new figures from Critical Mass Games. Today I painted 15mm! Photos are here – link |

Like the figs and the paint job
not so gung-ho on the color choice. If the brown was more orange you'd have hit my alma mater's color scheme to a t. Chomp. Chomp. Phil that would be the University of Forida Gators. :) |

The colors don't work for me either. Ruins the look of the figure. Sorry. OTOH, I normally love your work and always follow it closely. |

I hate to say it but I have to agree. The colors just don't work for me. Now if they were all shades of one color (preferably the blue) I think they would look better. Is that other color copper? |

I think the phrase I'm looking for is DOH! lol The under uniform is a light brown with a dark brown wash. I'll redo the brown I think, as a lighter blue. Thanks for the comments though :) |

I do like the base – the split level works very well with the figures and those bushes are great. Can I ask what you made the bushes from? Andrew blog.kings-sleep.me.uk |

The bushes are from GF9 as I was being lazy. Basically its just foam dyed green. Woodland Scenics do something similar. |

Excellent work on the bases. The paint is well executed, if not the best choice of colors. Anyway, thanks for sharing, its great to see fom CMG minis painted up already! |

I think you've really brought these guys to life and showcased the miniatures beautifully. |
