Gentlemen: please click on the link to view the pictures of our re-enactment of the battle of Minden using Batailles de l'Ancien Regime (or BAR) rules. Click on the pix to enlarge the view.

We use a 1:10 figure to men ratio which results in big battalions of 60 infantry and squadrons of 12 troopers.

Oh my, that's a beautiful sight. The Berwick model I mentioned in the Happy Minden Day thread yesterday would fit in a corner. Mind you the 1:1 scale 1780 Parade Model also mentioned takes the Big Battalion bragging rights, if only time, money and space were infinite ;-)
