There's a good film on the Battleground podcast link about the 7th ID with a segment on the battle.

Reminiscent of the UK-Arg Falklands conflict in some ways. Nice way to use US and Japanese with rather different terrain.

We did once with figures on hand and it looked a little silly to see the Japanese army in shorts charging across those white snow fields.
