For me….stuck between Zulu and Sudan but leaning towards Sudan the more I read about it. Looking for 28mm/25mm Dervish figs now!

Sudan, Afghanistan, Zulu Land, 1st Boer War, egypt and ongoing on the NW Frontier.

Just swap the enemies.

Sudan, followed by Zulu.

I've long been a fan of Egypt and the Sudan

northwest frontier !

NWF then river gunboats in China. 1880's Sudan's pretty good. Not Zulus. Great film but leaves me cold on the tabletop.

Indian Mutiny, then Northwest Frontier

VSF--I get to use it all plus more.

China, both 1860s and Boxer Rebellion, then Maori wars in New Zealand, then Indian Mutiny.

I'd love to play a Sudan game. Played my first boxer rebellion and Boer wars game this weekend. Great fun.

Sudan by a long way. Ditto Nom be Guerre re Zulus.

Northwest Frontier.

Sudan (as you need a lot less terrain!).

The nice thing about the NWF is that the terrain never changes, just the uniforms so you get to do it with redcoats and rifled muskets, khaki drill and white webbing with Martini Henrys & Lee Metfords, blokes in khaki drill and khaki webbing with SMLEs plus blokes in desert DPM and Osprey with L85s.

I like the US Plains Wars and the New Zealand Wars as well.

I do Sudan, Afghanistan,2nd Boer War, NWF and after meeting Paul Hicks and seeing his Anglo-Burma range I just might start that.

Burmese? Sweet! Who is he doing those for?

Paul Hicks is working with Pontoonier miniatures.

I'd like to see more adventures involving the French in Africa. (In Dahomey, they fought real Amazons!)

Zulu War, followed by the Sudan, Egypt 1882, Boer Wars, and then the Belgian Congo (I had to be different gaming one of the worst colonial regimes in history, though the Foundry DA figures as cool).
