I have put a step by step guide to how I make the wire fences on my blog at link The mesh I use is a little small for 25/28mm but you may be able to get a larger version if you look around – at that point the instructions I have put on the site may help  Andrew blog.kings-sleep.me.uk |

Mesh for sculpting can be used. It comes in different sizes so it might be easier to find one that fits. Hobby Lobby carries it in the states. I'm sure there are other places. |
