Sgt DWW-bartentacle on duty here…and it's been waaaaaayyyy too long since I got to play in a role-playing game…SF/Pulp/Horror!!!

I actually live in Williamstown, West Virginia, 2 miles south/just across Ohio River from Marietta..but that's not the point!

Can't find/get any 'regular' group(s) together for anything from 'Firefly/Serenity' to 'StarWars/Trek', PulpSF/Barsoom/Mars Attacks to my most fav, 'Call of Cthullu!'.

I got figures, I got dice, I got characters and campaign/series of adventures I've 'honed' over 20 years!

But sitting at a table with dice, characters and metal figures by one's own slish…isn't my idea of a 'good time!'

I'd even be willing to TRAVEL…up to 1hour or so on a monthly basis, (for a 4-6hour game session?),in any direction to join/play in another group…IF there was one interested in above topics…(plus the added 'bonus' of trading/swapping adventures/ideas and some kitbashing and custom-cast figures now and then…bwah-hah-ha!!)

I'm a 'lone tentacle in the wilderness' and it's too durned far to go to most con's/get into organized games AT them!

Didn't know where else to try as notice at local comic shop…(only one for miles and miles), got no 'takers'…

So…I thought…what the SLISH, I'll try tmp'ers!!!

Brothers, can you spare a 'SLISH?'

Sgt DWW-a lone bartentacle in the West (by ELDER GODS!) Virginia!

pm or email me???

Jinkies,DWW,we're practically neighbors. I'm up in Dover/Philly,a mere 80 or so miles on 77. However,I wont say I'm an RPG'r. In fact I'm only now coming to terms with my first skirmish game,Song of Blades/heroes,sorry!

Dave, mate of mine is part of an RPG website where you can list who and where you are and look for like minded and nearby fellow players. We've used it for the UK, and iirc it's mainly an US based thing. I'll ask him for the details and then mail you. Of course, if anyone wants to get me a job and a green card, then I'll make sure I'm available once a month for a game ;-)

I'm about an1:15 north of you on 77… and I game quasi-regularly with skinkmaster (see above). Sad to say you are in the great wasteland of gaming over here.

I've contacted the local Library about setting up some regular games… no answer so far. Stay tuned for developments.

Which one? Dover or Philly? Actually, with the new budget cuts, maybe Dover could downsize the videos, and we could have our old room back(wishful thinking).
