Great fun. Evidently I managed to stumble to a victory, thanks to my clever plan (charge straight at 'em and keep shooting!) And I managed to stay in my tank the whole game this time! |

What was up with our 25 pdrs in this game? We should have annihilated those Kraut tanks from that vantage point? |

Keep in mind that the 25 pdr was an expedient weapon and not designed for AT warfare. Interesting reading in paragrah 2 of the following link of the problems the 25 pdr faced when operating in the desert. link |

Glen, Thanks for the link. Yes, well I know it was an "artillery" piece, but it should have at least had the effect of breaking up that mass of panzers
No worries, I'm just looking for a scapegoat/excuse for losing virtually all my tanks again. Its starting to become my trademark

Chris, Glen: I was not able to get into my email account all day yesterday, and so far today! So if you sent me any emails lately, I haven't seen them. If this keeps up, I'll have to get another email address. Don |
