Hi all,

Many years ago I was given this book auction for my birthday, it was responsible for my interest in Napoleonics amongst a couple of others. I cherished that book and probably read it at least a dozen times before I bought more up to date and more detailed accounts but never the less, it was and still is a valuable addition to my library.

I highly recomend it for those wanting to at least get an understanding of this particular period and as a grounding to pave the way for much more in-depth accounts.

Regards,
Shane

I heartily second James recommendation. The book is very useful and you don't hear too much about it.

Sincerely,
Kevin

That's what I get for posting this early in the morning. I should have written Shanes', not James'. Sorry about that Shane, that was really dumb.

Sincerely,
K

Yes, I have the book. Maybe I should re-read it. It has been a long time.
