I'm going to be putting together a smallish force of Copplestone Neo-Soviets: link I was also thinking of doing some head swaps for more variety, and I'd like to add some helmeted heads. I am thinking of ordering a head pack from West Wind to get some. link However, a big consideration would be the size of the helmets. Copplestones tend to be on the big side, and I'm afraid if I get helmets that are too tiny, it won't look right. Has anybody been able to compare these heads and see if they come reasonably close to Copplestone? If not, can anybody recommend any heads or helmeted Russian figures that might work better? Thanks in advance for your responses. Chris |

Can't answer today, but I do have a bunch of West Wind heads on order – when they arrive I can compare them with my Copplestones – and hopefully I will remember to let you know! |

The WW helmets are really small compared to GW helmets. |

I have some Pig Iron heads exactly for this purpose. The winter variety would be very good if you prefer a retro-future WW1 facemake look. i prefered to get the tank driver for a kin of cybernetic look,(although that pack would quite be a helmet as such). |
