Foundry makes Napoleonic paints and WWII but no ACW specific colors.

For those using Foundry paints, which colors are you using for the Union blues and Confederate Gray.

Deep Blue would work for the Union. Then you have Night Sky which is a powder blue. For Greys- you have Granite and Slate Grey. Adding white and or black to the greys will vary them a bit. Also, in the butternut you can look at Boneyard, Drab, and Rawhide and a couple of others. There is more than one way to go here. Grab a few paintings and use them as a launching pad for your own vision. Have fun!

I use the Foundry Artic Grey shade 33A as my primary color for the Reb uniforms. This would be the mid color for the uniforms even though that's not the way you are supposed to use this particular color. I usually ink this color with a darker gray and then reestablish 33A. I then highlight with Artic Grey 33B.
