Oh, I have 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm for zombies too
but i've decided to stick with 28mm for zombies, since i'm not building armies (only a horde of zombies and misc normal folks) I kinda like added character.. |

You'll need the officers in Haven, that's for sure. Very nice stuff! |

Very nice. Did you get that unmarked police car as a stock model or did you convert it? |

I think you can get the diecast cars at Target or the like. WalMart carried 1/48-ish Humvees in various color schemes for a while. Now I have a use for all those Tactical Miniatures cops and bank robbers should I get into Zombie gaming. Perhaps a three-way game with cops trying to stop a bank robbery while the zombies just wanna have lunch and hostages in the middle. Wyatt |

Great job so far, MrHarold! Some constructive criticism: the vehicles do look a tad large (I'm guessing they're 1/43 scale). They're fine, but if I may make a suggestion. Jada Toys produces 1/64 scale diecast vehicles that are actually more 1/55 scale, which is roughly the same size as 28mm. Next time you're out at your local Wal-Mart (or grocery store, etc.), try and make a close study of the people and vehicles in the parking lot. Cars aren't as physically big as some people think they are. Here are some random pics of the size relevance between people and contemporary cars: alistair.cockburn.us/get/2514 picture picture picture picture A word of caution: don't confuse Jada's "1/64 scale" diecasts with, say, Johnny Lightning's 1/64 scale diecasts, which actually are 1/64! Hopefully, more manufacturers will follow Jada's lead and produce more 1/55 fare, as this would be a boon for us 25/28mm gamers. Good luck with your project, and thank you for sharing your pics, MrHarold! |
