Does anyone know of a source for Venexia 15mm Italian Wars in the US? I recently placed an order with Olde Rivertowne Miniatures. I received part of the order but was told that a large portion of what I ordered was back ordered and would arrive shortly. I exchanged several pleasant emails with the owner, Dave Tepool, as part of the process. Today I received a sad and shocking letter from his daughter noting that Dave recently passed away and that the company was closing down. I also received a full refund for the unfilled part of my order. My condolences go out to the Tepool family. Dave seemed to be the sole US distributor of Venexia's 15mm Italian Wars range (and had excellent prices). Does anyone know of another US outlet? Barring that, what are peoples experiences in dealing with Venexia directly? |

Scale Creep picked up the Venexia stuff, I believe. Give Mark a ring. He may be able to sort it out for you. |

Yes, I have picked up all of Olde Rivertowne's inventory including the Venexia range. I am in the process of sorting and inventorying the stock. I have also begun the process of opening an account with Venexia. It will be a few weeks until I have had a chance to get everything uploaded to the web site. Thank you for the responses, gentlemen. As always, the forum is a fountain of knowledge. Mark, I will give you a call in the next several days or so to place my order. I imagine the stuff I want will need to come from Venexia since Olde Rivertowne did not have it it stock (so it will not be in the inventroy you picked up…). Thanks, Mike |
