Just curious
. if anyone will partake in D-day oriented type games, or just WW2 in General. I for one will look to do D-day +1 or 2 days, after the intial beach landings, as the troops pushed inland. Not wanting to deal with Naval gunfire. lol. Any ideas? Caretan Caen St Meire Eglise Low country Break out Just curious. -Yank |

Since several of our gaming group will be out of town on Saturday, we will be playing my buddy Don's famous (or infamous) 1:18 scale WWII tonight instead. I believe hedgerows were on the discussion list. |

I probably won't play anything, but I have recently bought the (rather nice) Dragon 1/72 landing craft. Seems like an appropriate day to put it together! |

I'll be running a Ambush Alley Force on Force D-Day beach assault game at Die Con convention in Collinsville Il this Saturday. The con has a D-Day theme for many of the miniatures games and the FOW tourney being held there. -Steve |

Don't have anything appropriate for NWE, so we're doing French Foreign Legion versus the Ramcke Parachute Brigade in North Africa. |

I'll be weekending in Madison, WI, so the closest I'll get is shopping at The Last Square. I did consider (very briefly) trying to talk the wife into changing venues to Milwaukee, so I could hit the D-Day con there. |

Mom and Grandmom are going shopping. I have my 5 year old. He likes to play with his army men and call it Flames of War: which he saw played at local hobby shop. I was thinking about taking him to a battle field site, or to a museum. |
