Either in metal or resin? I'm trying to avoid purchasing perfectly good 15mm skeletal figures, just to chop them up and arrange, if there's already an option out there. I just feel a bit bad destroying beautifully sculpted figures like these: link Any suggestions? Thanks. CC |

Higher Ground Games does skull piles, individual skulls, and some other skeleton related stuff if memory serves me. It is in plaster, but you can't tell after they are painted. They take a gray stain very well. HigherGroundGames.com, or e mail directly to ben@highergroundgames.com. I hope you find what you need. Are you using them for terrain or basing? Bryan Wooden |

It would be for terrain purposes, mainly. Once I paint up my "Ghouls", I will start on terrain, but only if it looks like I'll have access to the proper "decor" when the time comes. TMP link CC |

Looks like they are scaled to fit only with 28mm figures: link CC |

Armorcast is outside of Cleveland NOW, but used to be in California under its original owners. I think all those skull pieces originated then. The line of "paved in skulls" stuff grew very slowly as it was sculpted by hand. There's only so much of that a guy can do before he's got to do something else just to get away from all the tiny skulls

There is precious little 15mm fantasy furniture out there. |

I will have to ask him the next time we talk. Richard Houston gave me a casting of a pile of skulls. I showed it to Mike of Rebel Miniatures who was next to me at the show. |

Yeah, some of this sort of thing would come in handy for any terminator terrain I want to build. |

Could always just use some skeleton parts as stamps in modeling clay, then fill it with several layers of white glue & peel out when dry. Not the greatest detail, but each piece would be unique

Any new developments in spare skulls for 15mm this past year? Or do I have to tear apart some skeleton figures? Terminators do need lots of skulls to step on and crush. Dan |

I'm really surprised no one has ventured to produce skull/bone piles for 15mm gaming (for SF, fantasy, pulp, etc.). Dan |

To 15mm sculptors out there: Just in case you guys need a little more inspiration . . . picture link picture YouTube link YouTube link YouTube link You really can't have a 15mm Terminator (or other Post Apocalyptic) game without lots and lots of 15mm skulls and bones lying around, among all the ruins! how many skulls do you get in the pack? |
CAG 19 | 23 Sep 2011 5:51 a.m. PST |
At least 16 heads per pack is the norm from PP. For example my Sikhs had 20 heads in it, My WWII Italian heads had 16. Si |
