Ah, very nice. Thanks for sharing your pic. I was thinking the same thing, when watching the movie the other day, and hoping someone would release them in miniature. Will need to check the local BK for availability. |

it would be the perfect size for a infantry drop ship for Battletech |

Ok so I'll go get the glasses and shuttle tomorrow when I go to see the movie. :) |

I was thinking the same thing. The Klingon D6 might even have some potential as a mega-dreadnaught, similar to SFB's Romulan Condor. The rest are pretty much junk. |

I got the glasses last Friday. I wasn't disappointed. |

That's ghastly. The model, that is, not the film. The film is despicable. I expect. Obviously I haven't actually seen it: "better my sister in a
house" I think you get the picture! |

Not bad, and good for the price i am sure. I'm sure that could be painted up nicely. What size are they btw? Ooops. scratch that question. The link here has a vid showing size. Could be useful for 15mm. link |

Actually, all of the ships are rather thick and clunky, as are the figs. Looks like they are designed for use by tykes, and are very large and thick, to prevent them from swallowing them. I did pick up a few of the shuttles. Looks like they will be serviceable for 6mm and 15mm figs. The plain gray plastic doesn't do them justice, but they have some really nice panel line detailing on them. No doubt, they will look much better with a decent paint job, a wash, and a bit of drybrushing. A free beer to the first person to post pics of their newly repainted shuttles for us to look at, here. |

I got one of those Shuttles
in my travels I went to 4 BKs to find one
I bitz'd it out to be used with my 6mm Sci-fi
It's suitable. I'll post pics on Tac Cmd and here once I complete it's WIP phase

DWW turned me on to these. I have two of them. They will work for 25mm. They are slightly small, but they will work. For the price I will not complain. |

I went to Burger King
and all I got was this crappy toy Star Trek Shuttle

My local BK didn't have them
just the squatty figures. :( <sniffle> :) Not looking to go on a BK toy hunt either
*sigh* :) |
Legion 4 | 21 May 2009 8:51 p.m. PST |
In my travels if I passed a BK I stopped in
But I didn't really go out of my way
They'll probably end up on eBay sooner or later
