I ordered some minis from Black Tree on 17 April 09, and on the 5 May, they arrived. I have had bad service from BTD in the past, and have said so here, but I gave them another chance, and my faith has been justified. Whilst people can point out that 17 days is longer than it took a.n.other company to deliver something to them, I think that 17 days is entirely reasonable. Thanks, Black Tree, I'll enjoy painting these. |

Wow, since you are in the UK 17 days seems a bit excessive. But if BT has to send the stuff by mule back who am I to judge? 8)= And for the record I have ALWAYS had good service from them. I have been avoiding them for a while with all the complaints lodged here, though. I suppose it's time to give them another order… |

I never had any problems ordering from them and I live in US. Figures always arrived within 2 weeks or so. |

I am 6 months and waiting. If the US stockist has it you are fine otherwise forget it. |

Very unpredictable and countless threads of long waits. I personally have had a very long wait three months but some replacements were sent in a week so both good and bad is my review. |

1 year and a few weeks waiting for backorder/refund/resolution here. Lots of promises so far, though. |

Black Tree doesn't seem to be able to keep a decent US distributor, though. I bought quite a lot from Rise of the West, but that was all face-to-face. His mail-order rep was really bad. |

I ordered from them once, some romans and a couple other packs, and got them in two weeks or so. And I'm in the US. Guess I got lucky. |

As I have posted on another thread. I ordered my stuff under a time constrant. I let them know about it. And sure enough the last few bits arrive right on my final deadline. There were a few subs, but also a few bonus items. I would order from again, in fact I am waiting for a note about items coming back in stock so I can order. |
