Hi,

New to the TMP Community, I thought it best to start with some pics here and around the historical sections in different categories.

Enjoy!

Weird! I have posted in WWII Land (The Italian Airfield in 15mm) and they seem to be working… I am new to this, but these should be up now.

Anyone else?

Looks great!

Where did you get the hex mat you are using?

How big are the hexes on it?

McDriver06 May 2009 11:56 a.m. PST

The hex mat is from Hot Matz or Art Matz, I forget which and the hex size is their 4" hex on blue. Yeah, this size works great for WaS and soon I will be finishing my third squall and some 3D islands and peninsulas…

Cheers,

Nevermind… evidently my other computer doesnt like wargaming!

I can see them clearly now… great idea for storms! What are you building them from?

They're fun.

For these, I just slapped sheet styrene together and applied flex paste and cotton, oh yeah, and blue paint…

Thanks!

Nice pictures. Love the squals.

It is a Hotz Mat, I have one for doing Axis and Allies Ships also.

4" is the most popular, but we went with a 5" Hex

Yeah, those Hotz mats are nice. I have a 3" one myself.
