i have just recieved my so called 28mm Farm Wagon Kit from
Knuckleduster Game Figures and am very very p…. off why do manufacturers label products as 28 mm when they are not, this wagon is tiny and is almost the exact same size as italeri's 1/72 scale supply wagon and will not go with the perry wagon which is excellent,so beware,i have ordered two other wagons from other manufacturers and will post my opinion when i get them

In all seriousness, there are simply no accepted standards in this hobby. One man's 15mm is another man's 18mm is another man's "True 20mm." You can see the variation in products described as "15mm" here:

I think manufacturers are getting a little more savvy about providing photos with some indicator of scale – a ruler or common coin, for example.

Even where figure height is the same, the differences in pose, "heft" and sculpting style can still jar the eye. Ultimately the only way to truly see if they fit is to put two items side by side. Then of course, if you use a 5mm thick slotta base, or 0.25mm steel base or a 1.5mm washer that will also affect how things coordinate.

the wagon also arrived without horses,i have emailed them and am awaiting a responce, maybe if i use a thicker base than the one on my perry wagon and raise the smaller one up a bit it might be okay,my ambition is to build a good supply column

I haven't seen the model but a 1500lb farm wagon is not a large wagon by any means. Two folks would have to sit very close together on the bench.

Not the sort of thing I would expect to be of much use militarily and not the sort of wagon in which to pack up all one's possessions and head west in either.

More a got to town to pick up some supplies sort of deal.

That is why I wish hobby shops were able to exist and carry everything I could ever want, physically in the shop. That is also why, as nice as some figs look, I refrain from buying anything I do not know.

Nappy29388, how do you find Die Cast Miniature No. 9761?

When I did a Google, the first page had nothing relevant.
