stumbled upon Spartan games website, and noticed "Firestorm Armada" and as a fan of all spaceship gaming, was curious when it will be out to buy online e.t,c? Plus looked good so figured Id see if anyone seen the rules for the game or if they're a good company in general? Thanks

Uncharted Seas is a cracking game. Very playable and fantastic fun. I would expect Firestorm Armada to be very worthwhile. |

Rules are still in playtest, but from the rumours seem very interesting. What's your opinions on the minis? The talk on SCN is that the Aquans are best, the Humans are plain but OK, and the other two share honors as to which is worst – But I actually like the 'Pile of Plastruct' look of the first fleet they showed on the site myself, as it works and looks like you could scratchbuild your own items and have them fit in nicely. Also they remind me of RL:Leviathan ships somewhat. |

Well what Im intrested in mainly is Dindrenzi Federation, besides the fact a spaceship with a new, strong background. Their ships look pretty good, semi-star wars-esque, with a dreadnaughts in space look, and that really got my attention. Pretty much all of the ships so far look good enough to me though, and can't wait to take a peep at their background. |

Last mention was that playtesting had struck soem severe bugs, so they were delying it until October, afte rthe release of the 28mm fantasy skirmish game and minis; The Spartan team also liek to release a full minins range with rules, so that will explain the delay. |
