There will be a posting about this on the news page soon, but given the huge amount of pre-Salute news posts Bill has to get through it may be some time – so I'm mentioning it here too.

A while back on this forum we asked if folks would be interested in a set of 15mm "Free Trader Crew and Passengers" in a "Space Cowboy" style….

Following a fair amount of interest, we've gone ahead and had the figures done – and I hope you'll agree they've come out superbly!
You can see a preview pic of them on our store site here:

groundzerogames.net

Nine individual sculpts of character figures, beautifully done by Martin Baker; they are already moulded and I'm producing some stock ready for Salute next weekend – they'll be up on the store for mailorder very shortly, either just before of just after the show, watch our website news for details.

We hope they'll have a lot of uses for a number SF RPGs and miniatures games!

Of course, just AFTER I posted the above I noticed that "Dropship Horizon" Mark had beaten me to it – I sent him a copy of the pic this morning – thanks Mark! :-)

Excellent news.

They look very nice, and I imagine they will sell well.

I will definitely be purchasing some with my next order.

Hope to see some seated figures eventually, and some astronauts in suits – standing and sitting, without helmets, or with helmets on, but with open visors.

Oh, dear… Why must I be broke? The exchange rate is wonderful for ordering stuff from England right now…

That's not fair, Jon. They look great, and I *will* get some as soon as funding comes available!

Lion,

As soon as they show available for online sale, I'll order a few packs of them.

One of them can be for you. You can pay me later, if you like.

Impossible. That's not the crew of Serenity, after all.

Very nice even if I am not into 15mm those are well done. Thanks CC for the larger picture.

"That's not the crew of Serenity, after all."

You can see some of the archetypes, but they certainly aren't 1-to-1. Which is fine. I don't need the specific characters.

Actually,

The guy in the middle looks like Teal'c:

The one on the left looks like Han to me.
