Hi,
I think the answer is no.
I know Front Rank and Sash & Saber do not. You could look through these, but I think no is the answer again

link

and lastly, try Irregular Miniatures.

I looked at irregular as a source for 40mm before I got hooked up with SS. No disrespect but they look rather old school from the 60's

A group of us have been lobbying Chris at S&S to produce some Jacobites, but so far no dice.

MSC has not yet released the Trident AWI Highlanders, so no telling how suitable they will be.

Irregular miniatures offer a huge variety of Highlanders in their 42mm ECW range. link These appear to be variant sculpts within a single code. I have found that Ian is good about selecting the particular variants that people want. I do not have any Irregular in my 40mm collection so I cant say how they mix with other 40mm figures.

Its me dave! Peter. What we need is more people to join our yahoo group and push for this line. It is needed very much. I have an extensive library on the 45 since my ancestors where the second place winners there along with the AWI in North Carolina and the ACW. (can win the gold only the silver) But to be honest nothing compares to the information gathered from the new osprey on the jacobites. So lets get more people signed up on the yahoo site and send Chris tons of emails.

Peter
