Hi,

The campaign continues with lots of pursuit and retreats going on right now. Nobody is willing to fight. Or at least the odds and the costs are not worth it at the moment.

The 7th and 4th Cavalry regiments are right on the heels of the Oglala and Blackfeet villages. The 7th has made a thrust to the south also through Johnson Pass causing great troubles for the Indians.

Everybody is asking, "Where's the 5th". The 5th cavalry has not been spotted in several turns which makes the Indians very nervous.

I expect a battle in the near future (one or two turns) due to the proximity of cavalry to Indians tipis.

Still having loads of fun with this. I have my software back to edit my Charlotte Garrison Website so I hope to get this campaign up on the site this weekend.

The PowerPoint presentation is looking very sharp and folks will really get a kick out of the way the campaign unfolded.

I'll definitely run this campaign again in the future as the replayability is excellent. I think the cavalry is finally figuring out how Forward Depots work.

This is great eric. Please post a link to your site!

Did you get all your new Indians painted?

Thanks,

John

Hi John,

I have not finished the Indians as they require quite a bit of work, and I got side-tracked doing a monster SYW battle.

When I get the website uploaded I will let you know.
