I'm visiting Paris again this February and nothing would make the wife happier than if I carried some figs over and played some games. She'd be glowing with happiness, sort of a livid red glow probably.

Any obvious gaming opportunities, pick up game clubs in the city, or is it pretty much people playing in their living rooms?

Thanks Colonel D, I'll try and stop by, perhaps on the 13th. My French is pretty rusty but I understand being handed a pile of dice easily enough.

The "Auberge ludique" con is taking place in ten day at Le Mesnil Saint-Denis, not far from Paris. Games and demo played there will mainly be fantastical/SF though.

Hi Mike
No problem. We had an American friend showing up last Friday to play a game of WWI. We meet every Friday so if you're still in France next Friday you are still very welcome to join.
