Who makes very good Wars of Religion miniatures in the 15/18mm scale.

I should have indicated French Wars of Religion from the Middle to Late 16th century. Sorry.

Old Glory 15's have many figures suitable for the French Wars of Religion, including late Renaissance Mounted Arquebusier in Morion Helmet, Late Ren Gendarmes, Late Reiters, et., etc., etc….

Essex also seems to have many suitable figures.

Go with 28's!!! One of Old Glory's best ranges is the Wars of Religion. With the club discount, the figures are about as inexpensive as many 15's.
