Has anyone seen Bear's Den 25mm Mughuls in the flesh? Just wondering how are they? and what other ranges are they compatible with size wise? Will they fit in with old Foundry Indian Mutiny figs? Thanks!

I had a look at his images. I've painted a fair amount of Crusader Ancients; and like them, I think Bear Den is using Ebob (sp) horses. If I'm right, they would mix with Foundry…but in their own groups, as they would be a tad larger (lomg legged) than the older Foundry range.
He does have a nice selection of poses within each group…the rearing horsed commander is a nice touch.

I only purchased a cannon and crew and two organ guns and crews. I an happy with them.

They are not yet painted, but will fit in well since they are individual gun units with the various other manufacturers.

I have an elephant and crew in front of me now and the humans are pretty much identical in size and "heft" to the Foundry Sikh War/Mutiny Indians.

I can only add my plaudits, the photos don't do the figures justice and painted up they come up very nicely. The style might not be to everyone's taste, but I am an unconditional fan. In addition the company is very friendly and helpful. I believe the horses are original sculpts and for my money the movement in their positions is up there with the best. I keep on adding to the pile of lead every time I get a chance to see them at shows – mail-order is also fast and efficient.
