What scale are the space lice?

CC, I'm not sure where you live, but if you live in the States, check Wal-Mart or various dollar stores. They usually have packs of soft plastic bugs that can easily be converted for big 15m or regular 28mm use.

The space lice are 25mm scale but to be honest could be used as anything. They're based on 2 pence coins which are about 25mm or an inch across

If any of you are old enough to remember the comic 2000AD, in 1980's in the "Blackhawk" strip there was a insect like character called "Battak"(?) Looked like a Kroot with a beetle like carapace and wings.
Ahh good ol' Kroot is there nothing they can't be turned to!

that bug looks pretty cool.

"Farscape" had a lot of cool designs. Too bad it didn't get the full run it deserved, tho I suppose 4 out of 5 seasons (+ a rather rushed movie to wrap it all up) ain't bad. Certainly not if you compare to "Firefly"…

Anyway. Bugs, Mr. Caribe, zillions of them..?

Unfortunately, no.

Can't really add much to the above except that it might pay to dig up your listings for D&D and Dreamblade singles. There are a couple of arachnids and other weird critters of insectoid persuation in those and they aren't by and large too expensive. Some Star Wars collectible sets also, I think, have one or two.

And if you are lucky, you might find the discontinued Nausicaa with Ohmu 1/20 figure set on eBay or something… Seen 'em go for peanuts a few years ago, but haven't really looked since:

If you were local, I'd say go out to the field near here and catch a few Jerusalem Crickets, gas 'em, then add a few layers of laquer.
