Complain directly to your credit card company. It worked for me a year or two ago, when I ordered from New Wave for the first & last time.

LOL That's a good one. You have the right attitude, taking it in stride.

Er, the only reason they stay in business is because people keep ordering from them for some reason.... Sorry Dave, but to be honest, your service DOES suck.

And remember to report them to the US postal inspector if you are in the US:
Via Telephone: 1-(888)-USPS-OIG (1-888-877-7644)
The OIG's Hotline number is national and toll-free. The Hotline is staffed from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Well guess that answers my questions on ordering from them!

Lets see they owe me around 10-15$ LAST Christmas I offered to forgo my issues if they would DONATE that money to a food bank. They agreed. then stated they couldn't find one. They live are in a suburb of Atlanta GA! so I found one for them and sent them the particulars. They then asked if they could instead donate to a homeless mother through their church - I agreed and just asked for a copy of the donation - guess what I am still waiting!!!

They are,... well I won't say. Plain and simple, can't even donate $15 to the needy at Christmas time. And they could have deducted it from THEIR taxes!!

Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house not a creature was stirring. Not even little metal men.....Why? You Ask? Cause New Wave didn't send my @[&(!! Order! Humbug!
