This was my favourite game from the weekend show: it was a huge table in 28mm with nicely painted stuff.

Wow….That is incredible. It makes me wish I hadn't decided to go 28mm instead of 20mm. What rules were used?

They didn't say, but the figures were based individually.

The figures were mainly Artizan, and the tanks 1/48th scale

Just a thought: they might be based for 'Contact!' since those rules call for individually based 1:1 figures in large scale games.
