GZG makes a "Teenage Vampyre Slayer", her friend the "willowy young witch", a librarian, and three vampyres who might pass as Angel, Spike and Dru. Small figures, and not great sculpts – fairly early Martin Baker. (The "Vampire Exterminator" is not a Buffy figure, but may be familiar to readers of Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake books.)
Hasslefree does multiple versions of "Sadie" and now "Witch Hazel", as Knight Templar ponts out. Lovely Kev White sculpts.
The Cool Mini or Not Shop sells Steve Buddle's "Sarah the Vampire Slayer", which is a pretty good likeness, IMHO (and I like the head-cocked-to-one-side pose)
A possibly even better likeness, but a shade too tall, was "Elizabeth Anne McSweeney", a Foundry limited edition model which crops up on eBay from time to time. Don't know who sculpted it. Shane Hoyle, possibly? Foundry have recently brought some of their old promotional models back into their regular line, but not this one, I think.
Team Frog sells two models by Bobby Jackson, Bambi (who's a bit bulky for Buffy) and Thump'r (who is a fine Willow). Part of the Nightshift Games / Vampie Hunter$ line.
