I'm crossposting this because:

A) Aside from being a Gallery

B) It is a Product to Mount and Display your miniatures in every conceivable position without prep work to the miniature.

C) At 1/72 scale (or smaller) it solves the problem of aircraft model availability, detail and table-top hexes. (Not to mention pre-built and pre-painted)

What product? All I see are aircraft pictures.

Same here, I see no product…

There was this picture of what looks like a model:
picture

Dunno what the mounting system is though, as it's not visible in the pic.

Is it very thin cotton thread that he's plugging? You can hang them from your bedroom ceiling then.

King Cobra13 Sep 2008 6:51 a.m. PST

How long would this thread need to be in order to attach it to the Sky in these un-retouched photos? Isn't it nice the method allows a model to be the visual focal point instead of the hardware?

Then what is it ?? if your trying to sell something it helps to tell people what it is.

Pajaro Muerto13 Sep 2008 6:07 p.m. PST

I would say that the method is a thumb and index finger out of the picture frame :D

"I would say that the method is a thumb and index finger out of the picture frame :D"

Ha! That's a distinct possibility!

I'm sorry…What are you selling……As a fan of Dragons Den I think "I'm out"….

Photoshop.
I already have it, thanks.

King Cobra29 Sep 2008 2:09 p.m. PST

Photoshop.
Don't need it.

Your dis-belief in these un-retouched photos warms my heart knowing that someday you, too, will be able to view and play with your own aircraft in this manner.
It's all hardware, no software.

If software were involved ALL my aircraft would look as if they were skimming through the clouds and they would all be CENTERED in the photos!! :-)

Have you checked out the other aircraft in the WW II Air Galleries?
