link I finished painting and basing a Tumbling Dice 74-gun ship (1/2400), figured some might want see how these look when painted up. The masts, ratlines and mizzen-mast "driver" sail are cast onto the hull, so you only have to glue the remainder of the sails onto the masts (a simple process). Ship was primed black and details were picked out. I painted the ship up as the Le Genereux, and plan to add an ensign at some point. I also need to paint the spanker, something I overlooked. Very happy with the model, it was easy to paint and some decent detail. If anyone sees any painting errors, let me know

Ive got a bunch of 1/2400 sailing ships from another maker. Wish I had seen these first. |

The hull (not including the bowsprit) is about 1 1/8 inches. I should have placed a quarter next to one for scale, they are pretty damn small though. The cast on ratlines make the whole thing extremely sturdy. |
