I posted a query on this a few days ago, and thanks for the helpful replies. As a result I'm pretty confident that Elite,Connoisseur and OG are compatible. The problem starts when you start to go around the net and look at other manufacturers. I might add that I'm checking these out as a result of other threads. There are just so many beautiful sculpts out there!
I liked the look of the Sash and Sabre 40mm figures, but there is no risk of me starting in a fourth scale! How do their 25mm range stack up against Elite etc?
It would be great if there was a site with pictures of various manufacturers side by side. In the various threads I have read that Perry's are tall yet they mix with Foundry. To my mind Foundry are small. I have the Napoleon at Borodino command set on foot to look at.
I am going to order samples from everyone I can find and then give my own subjective view, that's what I did in 15mm many moons ago. If anyone has already done this, jump in and save me time!!
All these things have probaably been thrashed out a few times in the past, but I'm not bright enough to follow the discussions!

By the way I tried the Elite versus Perry versus Sash and Sabre thread, but it seemed to involve WW2 vehicles!

Hold it, I have found some other threads, so my question may be defunct! The origianl Elite v Perry v Sash and Sabre thread seems to answer my specific queries, so stand down!
