Still getting a handle on the rules (and we did several things wrong) we decided to do a stand up fight with less adventure and romance so that we could see how maneuvering and formations worked. Even so, alot of storytelling came out of it. The guerillas that showed up at the end are what happens when one cannot find their cattle miniatures. link |

Alright, I give in. Sharp Practice has been an "on the fence" potential purchase for a couple of months now but that write up sure did the trick. Once again, "Oh, it would just be another period to collect. Sigh . . ." transforms into "Oh boy! Another period to collect! Wheeeeee!!" Malcolm, that was a great battle report! Thanks for posting! |

Very impressive looking game. I too am having to fight hard to stop scratching the itch on this one as well. I really was trying to pretend these rules didn't really exist

Hey Malcolmmcallum, That was a great writeup. It reads like a terrific novel. I think that Sharp Practice games really lend themselves to this story type of wargame. Very fun and the game looks great Paul |
