So based on two other threads:

"Big and Beefy"
Front Rank
Calpe
Elite
Eagle (maybe)

"Taller and Slimmer"
Perry
Foundry
Sash & Saber
Victrix
Alban

This sound right?

Forgot to add…

How do these groups match up height-wise? ("mix and match")

Into which group would you put Old Glory (current sculpts) and Redoubt figs?

Add Trent to 'Big and Beefy'.

I would say that Foundry and from what I have seen Eagle figures are closer to a true 25mm figure.
No-one has seen any Victrix yet and I havent seen any Sash and Saber personally.
All of the others are a bit taller generally speaking-true 28mm with the Perry figures being just a tad smaller than Front Rank,Calpe,Elite.

Elite Miniatures are anything but "Beefy". They are actually 30mm figures so I guess that "tall" is correct, but their anatomical proportions seem to be correct, hence they are "thin". They do not fit in that well with Front Rank and Calpe figures.

Should you have another category "almost true 25mm" where you can put Dixon and Foundry Revolutionary wars?

You can add Parkfield to this category

Redoubt should go in the "big and beefy" category unless you create a "butt-ugly" category…

Where to put Britannia and Steve Barber?

Eagle Figures are a little more complicated now. They have a new Spanish range that is definitely in the slim category and they are going to upgrade their older Napoleonics to match in a more lifelike proportions way. So I would say they are transferrig between the two categories!

Updated list (size not confirmed if from sole to eyes or top of head):

"Beefy 30mm"
Elite
Redoubt

"Beefy 28mm"
Front Rank
Calpe
Trent

"Beefy 25mm"
Eagle (but moving to slim)

"Slim 28mm"
Perry
Sash & Saber
Victrix
Alban (30mm to top of head?)
Eureka

"Slim 25mm"
Dixon
Foundry (Naps and French Revolution)
Parkfield

Hmmm…to complicate things a little, I would put Sash & Saber as small 28mm. They are almost the same size as the 25mm Foundry (a tad taller) and are smaller than Perrys.
