My teenage daughter has been making these for a few years as gifts, but after attending Origins last week she realized there is a market for them. I put them up on eBay for her but if anyone has a better suggestion on how she should sell them please let me know. auction |

My teenage daughter has been making these I doubt it. Maybe she has been making Mail bags (hmmm that makes her sound like a convict) |

My wife made me a chainmail dice bag, with much smaller links than the one on eBay so the little dice won't fall out. She considered selling them, and I've had a few inquiries, but it took too much time and effort for her to do again. She would have to charge more than anyone is likely to pay in order to make it worth the time. But I got one. |

The one on auction is made of alumin(i)um, actually, so rust should not be a problem

I might try it. Crown Royal bags make my dice drunk. Leather makes them play with each other. Plastic baggies suffocate them. Chain mail? Why not, they can't roll much worse

there's always stainless steel. i think mail anything is cool (including underwear, just kidding, but check out ebay, just search for chain mail and you pull up all sorts of kinksy things which look good on red sonja but must kink and pinch if you don't move very carefully, well, like this one: auction ) |

Pretty cool, but I would need a much bigger bag then that. :)

From my experience .. ebaY is the best place to get a feel for the market
the only problem is
chainmail dice bags are pretty common on ebay (search: chain dice bag)
what isnt common
but may be something she may wish to consider
is chainmail DICE

We sell something very similar at our store. I think that we get about $15 USD for them. You might see if your local store wants a supply. |

I've seen crown royal bags as liners to chainmail bags, and they look quite classy! |

If the bags are lined, count me in for one. |
