I saw Ray's rules based on Babylon 5 in Signs and Portents and was going to use them but have not seen them (part 4?). Where – and I mean specificaly for the computer inept -would I find them? Thanks

The rules are in S&P 52, with lists in 53 and 54. Supposedly more were to follow in 55, but it doesn't look like it.
