I saw Ray's rules based on Babylon 5 in Signs and Portents and was going to use them but have not seen them (part 4?). Where – and I mean specificaly for the computer inept -would I find them? Thanks

The rules are in S&P 52, with lists in 53 and 54. Supposedly more were to follow in 55, but it doesn't look like it. PDF link link But don't forget David Manley's Victory on the Rivers: PDF link
