I've seen a painting of the red army storming the gates of the Ark in Bokhara c 1920 somewhere but can't seem to locate where. Does anyone know where on the web I can find a picture of the painting? It's in a social realist style and features lots of flag waving and heroic bolshevik posing. Thanks Jim |
