I'm planning 8 more poses for the infantry. I was waiting for these to see the final product in flesh and I'm very satisfied with the results. The figures are available for ordering now. If anyone is interested, just send me an e-mail (on my websites). The price is 1.6 Euros per figure. |

Just for reference, Army Group North Miniatures produces a PzKpfw 38(t), either based or unbased, which was actually the Czechoslovak Army's LT vz.38. Unfortunately, no one produces a Skoda LT vz.35, which became the German Army's PzKpfw 35(t). Maybe someone will. |

These figures look very nice. It seems like they would be useful as WW2 Slovaks. Are you planning some figures armed with Lmg and possibly a small mortar? Or possibly an infantryman in greatcoat? |

Fellas, look what I found: link This should be inspiring! |

Coconuts, they not only seem, the Slovaks used to have identical uniforms and weapon, so no problem to use these as German allies in Russia. I'm planning a figure with a LMG in the next "wave". Mortars and artillery will come later after the infantry is finished. Look also here: link click Československo a československá armáda do roku 1938 |

It looks like I might have to buy some of these figures; there are no really pleasing Slovaks around in 20mm at the moment (at least that I know of), and I will need some 28mm Russians (1st Corps do good ones I think) to fight against the 28mm Slovaks
looks like I am drifting into a new scale. The Slovaks seem to have been involved in quite a few small scale battles and skirmishes during WW2, the book by Mark Axworthy, Hitler's Slavic Wedge has lots of details of Slovak campaigns in it. |

Talking about the Slovaks they can be used as a German ally or enemy. There was also a great uprising against the Slovak Nazi government in 1944 and the German troops were sent to defeat the rebellion. Majority of the Slovak army opposed the Germans. More here link |

Emil's figures are GREAT! The update of his website is @ link to order any of the first batch of an officer, a policeman (border duty and liaison) and five infantry plus the LMG gunner with Lehký Kulomet vzor 26. However, Emil has not yet added any crew-served weapons or crewmen. I'm hoping maybe that gets rectified this coming year! Hope… hope. MEAN-time, anyone know where Czechoslovak army trucks or staff cars might be found in 28mm? I've added a platoon of three Lehký Tank vzor 35s to my force (not painted yet!!). However, I need some trucks!! Opel "Blitzes" and GAZ multi-axles are not what I am looking for! |
