Well, th saga continues… and the work goes on. It has been slow, since i am engaged in a few projects at the same time. Nevertheless… Date Masamune picture picture is looking for a loving new home. The sheet of decals is sized for Perry Miniatures' Samurai range (like it says on the tin) and is now officially completed. Since I had extra space, I included one of Date's generals as well. They can be had here: auction Next in line – Maeda Toshiie. |

Ohhhhhh Nooooooo! …but in a good way. You have just removed the one obstacle to me collecting a Date contingent, the intricate sparrow-and-bamboo mon. My wife's ancestors were retainers of the Date clan, so there is a pretty good chance that this project will get "offical approval" without hassle. |

I am definitely planning to do those. The problem is – what to size them for? I am not aware of any figures of Ikko-Ikki and Sohei that have sashimonos. |
