Does anyone know where these 2 Canadian Napoleonic n Ancient Painters are? They ran a painting servive in the 90's out of their home. The web page is now down and they dont answer the web page email address. They have several hundred dollars worth of my miniatures un-returned! Any help in tracking them down would be GREATLY appreciated. Cheers. |

Both John and Nancy have been experiencing severe health problems. Their daughter sometimes responds to e-mail, but not lately. I too had a load of figs with them but managed to get their daughter, Natalie, to find and return them. This is not an apologia for them. They have loads of peoples miniatures and I'm sorry to say, I doubt very much you will be getting yours back any time soon
it took me 4 years. Try these e-mails: wood_consulting@yahoo.ca john_stallaert@yahoo.com Good luck. |

Dave, thank you very much for the updated info. One of the last emails I received from them stated that John had hand surgery and had to take about 6 months off from painting. I asked for the miniatures (2x 15mm Napoleonic miniature sets and a 28mm ECW army) to be returned "as is" and Nancy begged me to give them time to finish them, which I did
only to never hear from them again and find their web page shut down. I can't thank you enough for the update. I'll just keep banging away and hope that I hear something. I don't even collect Napoleonics or ECW any more but at least I could sell them to recoup my losses!? Anyway, Thanks. Danny |
