Looks great. Love the terrain. I would like to see some closeups of the figures. What make of figures do you use?

keep up the good work

Very nice. Who makes those bell tents? I've been looking for some for a while.

HOLY MACKINAW! THAT'S FRAKKIN' BRILLIANT!!!!

No, really it's quite nice. I hope it got lots of praise at the conventions you took it to.

That layout and figures look familiar. Did you bring it down to KC for the con there last year? I played the British right flank on that one, it was a fun game.

Thanks Guys.

Yes, I did bring it down to KC a year and a half or so ago but the pics are from Fields of Honor in Des Moines, IA. It's always run very well with the possible exception of the very first run… I didn't have the balance quite right then.

The figures are a real mix, British are mostly Essex foot with alot of Old Glory Cav. The Pioneers are actually a kitbash of WWII 8th army legs, British torso, and seperate british head with the forage cap. Couldn't find figs that fit. The Zulus are a Mostly OG but with a very large smattering of Essex. The Zulu command and wounded are by Gladiator.

The tents are my own creation. I found some metal ones from somewhere but they were way too small and weren't scuplted very well. I took a precut round wooden plug that I got at Michael's, put a screw partway into the top for structure and then sculpted the peak around the screw out of a air dry sculpting foam called Model Magic. I just painted on the tent openings after that.

I'll take some figure closeups and get them on here as well.

Very niely done! I'm working on it in 6mm. I have 2-3000 of them. Can't wait to see how they all look on the battlefield! :-)

Thanks,

John
