I've read through "Iron Thunder", and I'm a little confused about damage and crew casualties. My reading is that crew casualties can ONLY be caused by critical hits. Is this correct? |

You are correct! That's consistent with both 'parent' games – 'A Call to Arms' and 'Victory at Sea'. |
