I'm not sure if the thread Q is serious, but…

The Cimbri knocked the little Italians around a bit.


Gnaeus Papirius Carbo defeated by Cimbri at Noreia, 113 BC.

Iunius Silanus defeated by Cimbri in Rhone valley, 109 BC.

L. Cassius Longinus defeated in Garonne valley by Helvetian Tigurini (allies of Cimbri).

Q. Servilius Caepio & Cn. Mallius Maximus defeated by the Cimbri at Arausio, in 105 BC.
